01 Introduction

• You must not have been previously excluded from or denied access to any gambling platform as a result of a self-exclusion request, regulatory order or breach of terms.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Identity Verification

05 Terms of Use

• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any Platform software.

• You will not use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, spam or any form of harassment.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

p6999 may offer various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Each bonus is subject to a defined wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× rollover requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying bets.
• Bonuses are only available to users with a single registered account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account termination.
• During an active bonus period, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per game. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or are otherwise a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms;
• Opening more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing or coordination with other users intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to obtain credits, winnings or any other benefit;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or account controls;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent KYC documentation;
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other conduct that p6999 determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute bonus abuse.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

p6999 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Confirmed or suspected underage access;
• Bonus abuse or any conduct designed to artificially inflate wagering volumes;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Any regulatory, legal or compliance requirement applicable to p6999's operation.

Upon termination, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Genuine account balances (exclusive of bonus funds) will be reviewed and settled in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures and any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

14 Amendments
